The committee meets monthly on a Monday night at a designated location eg. Collaroy Beach Services Club, Collaroy Surf Club. The meeting is usually held on the 3rd Monday of every month starting at 7:45pm.

It is expected persons elected to committee will attend greater than 50% of committee meetings. Notice of non attendance (apology) to meetings should be communicated to the President and Secretary prior to the meeting, ideally via email however phone or verbal apologies will also be accepted. Committee persons not attending the required number of meetings may be refused nomination for future committee.

The President may appoint an interim member to assist with those activities not being attended to by any ‘absent’ member.

The President chairs the meetings with the Secretary taking minutes. Minutes are available to all members upon request.

The club supports a turnover of committee, thus enabling 'fresh blood' and new ideas.
The committee roles are very rewarding, allowing you to assist the club maintain standards and grow as your child moves through the age groups. Please consider - It would be great if every parent could offer some time over the rugby year to assist.
