We have a skills day and welcome BBQ on SUNDAY 27 March. Can you please arrive  at  9.45 arrival for a 10am start.  Coaches and Managers, we would appreciate some help on the day with the kids PLEASE. 

Please wear your footy gear and for U8s and above please bring mouthguard and headgear.

The day is run by Jason Grier of Ready Rugby (see the link below for helpful hints, tips and training ideas) and we hope to have as many kids as possible for this fun day. 

The general running of the day is - We will set up a number of stations (depending on the number of kids) for a period of 12 minutes each. Along with your coaches and a parent helper, you will learn some of the skills that you will need for the upcoming season and beyond.

We will finish with some touch rugby, as well as some tackle rugby for U8s and up. 

We hope to be finished by noon so you can enjoy a BBQ and drink and maybe have a chat about what you learned.  

The BBQ is free for Collaroy kids but we ask for a gold coin donation for mums, dads and siblings.
